Silence – a concept we’re increasingly becoming unfamiliar with. Some people find it difficult to stop talking. Maybe they use talking or watch T.V. a way to not think about whatever is bothering them. These days, there’s the World Wide Web, to make sure the information keeps flowing and keep us distracted and disconnected from us as well as people around us.

We may no longer be talking as much as before, but this kind of silence isn’t what we need. We need to practice the kind of silence that helps us, connect with who we’re and alienate us further away from ourselves, making us restless.
